Delivery fees are calculated based on a number of items rented, order weight, size and distance of the rental location from our warehouse in Mississauga.
Order for delivery requires a minimum order of $500 before taxes.
All orders must be paid in full a minimum of fourteen days prior to the rental date. Order picked up from our Mississauga warehouse are subject to a $100 minimum before taxes. Orders with partial payment will be cancelled and are not eligible for a refund.
Items for self pick-up by appointment only during business hours. A pick-up time will be scheduled upon confirmation of the order.
Damaged or Lost Items
All rental items are assessed upon return to our warehouse. Any damages or loss is deducted from security deposit obtained at the time of order in case of its more client have to pay the price of the item damaged.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Orders cancelled 30 days prior to the rental date are eligible for 50% refund. Orders cancelled within 30 days of the rental date are not eligible for a refund.
